@frasercreator True.. but. Showing that you can attract views on your own personal branding increases your inbounds. Almost all of my clients come from inbound. No chasing.

Unpopular opinion: chasing viral content as a UGC creator is a waste of your time. Brands don't pay you for views. They pay you for conversion. A video that turns 10 people into buyers is worth more than a video with 100k plays that sells nothing. Stop optimising for likes. Start optimising for results.

@ColleenUGC1 That’s a great AIP number. You do mainly Creator Connections? It’s a circular model for me. Products from UGC become YouTube reviews and AIP reviews. Or YouTube products become AIP etc

@frasercreator I don’t really have a rate card. I price more by the brief and number of shots, lines and product value. I wait for the brand to propose a offer and work from it.

Just got the anticipated, “we’d love to gift you a bedroom lifestyle sheet set in exchange for 5 photos of each..” etc. they priced it at $500. For sheets…. I don’t think so

@ColleenUGC1 Yes, but it’s not my first priority. I prefer the Amazon Influencer program and YouTube to drive my main income. UGC is the bonus bag :)

@creativelylaila I’m 90% inbound at this point. YouTube has 43k subs and is a funnel for leads. Anyone that says they are slow right now needs to push their own personal branding

I hate to say it, but they were right about personal branding. As soon as I started being intentional and going at it with a solid strategy in place, the inbounds have been trickling in steadily. It was almost immediate. I’m not saying it works that fast all the time, but it works.
