'Twas a sobering Sunday just gone as starting with 9 membership we went down 13-1 to @ExilesCasuals in the @swcasualsleague . Guess it's only onwards and upwards from here 😁

The #nobs took on Penarth Wanderers and true to form went 2-1 ahead before crashing to a 12-5 defeat. Goals from Jon McCarthy and Matt Burrows with 4. Don't care. We're back on the pitch and that's all that matters 😁 @swcasualsleague

Back in @swcasualsleague Premiership action tonight, despite taking the lead with a Jon Szwandt worldie, a standard NOBs collapsed followed as it finished 5-1 to @cardiffdragons . Was just nice to be back in a NOBs jersey #winorloseonthebooze

Never thought it would happen. But we returned to the pitch today with a friendly, in typical NOBs style losing 8-7 after being 7-5 up with 10 to go 🤦‍♀️ still great to see the old faces back on it. Onto the @swcasualsleague we go!

@CooperFC1 So you were against the league having a representative team? Odd that as I know a lot of lads I played with an against loved the games they played in.

@CardiffNOB Interesting… I thought CNOBs had folded and were a thing of the past! You’d be very welcome to join our new league where there will be full transparency of all things. Certainly money for Cup Finals will be paid for that. Not so people can pretend they were Welsh internationals

In 2025 we will be looking to play in a new Casuals league with other sides O35. We left the SWCL due to financial irregularities of the league, and although we miss the competitive aspect, it was the right thing to do for Cooper FC. If you’d like to join our new league DM me

After 16 years the NOBs have reached the end of the road it's been fun but the Cardiff Northern F.C that started back in 1988 has finished its final chapter. Thank you to the @swcasualsleague for the last 5 years.

After a tough season we managed to complete all our games (just) and we'll give it another go! Any players over 35 want to come and have a game on Sundays with a win or lose on the booze attitude then come and join us for @swcasualsleague 24/25 season!

Another semi final defeat as @CooperFC1 turn it around after we went 2-0 up to win 8-4. Our goals from Carl Atwood, James Farrant, Matt Webster and Dai Roberts. Atwood also mom @swcasualsleague

Today's run out saw us come back from 3-2 down at HT to win 6-3 at @MerthyrTownFC against TCW F. C. A hat trick for Chris Hinwood added to by Andy Higgs, Matt Croft and Szwandt the Scorers Croft also mom 👍

Our last ever game in the @swcasualsleague charity division finishes 9-1 to us v @ExilesCasuals. Chris Hinwood 3, Andy Higgs, Jon Szwandt, Sean Gristock, Gareth Nobrega, Adam Enos and Sam Worrell with out goals. Hinwood also mom 👍

Disappointment tonight as we go out of @swcasualsleague charity league cup 5-4 to @CaerDragonsFC. If you don't win when 4-1 up you don't deserve to well done to the Dragons lads great game of footy 👍
