@CarlyHarding I have shown the bus as cancelled on the system. This will therefore show for the delay repay system. I have also had the cancellation added to our internal log, which will ensure this is investigated. ^HS

@Se_Railway Hi HS, thanks for this and thanks for finding out. When I have tried to claim before for rail replacement buses not showing up I haven’t been able to via delay repay. Is there a specific way I should fill out the form? Thank you

@CarlyHarding Hi Carly, I am really sorry, the 01:00 bus has been cancelled due to a driver losing his keys.. This is not acceptable and I have raided this, as we were not made aware. I have been told the 01:28 is running. Again, apologies for this. ^HS
