Yup. No label investment. Barely any grants or arts funding thanks to 14 years of Tories slashing them. No chance of making real streaming revenue on your own. And Brexit cut off Europe as a means to cut your teeth live outside of a dwindling UK infrastructure. So the only chances to break through require existing access to capital. A sad state of affairs.

What's the status of IQ gaps in America? They're basically stable for as long as we've observed them. For example, the most well-studied gap—the Black-White gap—is entirely unchanged over 99 years of observing it.
