during covid, twitter came together to provide a list of resources like oxygen cylinders, beds, ppe kits and more. i remember being a part of one such group and we were asked to arrange “body bags”. we exhausted all our contacts and realised that the country had run out of body bags because so many people passed away in the second wave. at the same time, the news reported everything is “under control” and i broke down. this is what the country saw, learnt and is now panicking because of LPG shortage. you cannot blame them. there is simply zero trust.
