Every candidate begins with our Operator Screening Form where we review responses before selecting people for interviews. Our interviews aren’t just about experience or Web3 knowledge. We also assess professionalism, reliability, communication and real world operator skills. All interviews are conducted by veteran recruiters from the UK. And we genuinely give everyone a chance, experience isn’t everything. If you don’t make it into our Talent Pool but we see potential, you’ll still be placed into one of our other private networks where you can access paid opportunities and grow. And yes, the entire process is completely free of charge.



Who would you hire? Candidate A executes exactly what’s asked to a high standard but struggles in fast paced situations. Candidate B takes initiative and remains reliable under pressure but isn’t always precise at times.
