@RoyalAlbertHall morning - just looking at booking trains for after the Off Menu performance on Friday 13 March - do you know the running time of the show at all yet please?

@EastMidRailway my train was delayed on 8 July. I submitted a claim and allocated less than £2 for an £83 ticket on a 30+ delay. I appealed this on 9 July and was told I’d have a response in 10 working days. I’ve heard nothing since. Please can you look into this
