After being awake for more then 3 minutes If this patch was nothing but the nerfs and they stopped adding so many moves it would have been fine but its really a 1 step forward 2 step back situation,no wallsplat HS or no install after heat is good and the nerfs are valid-

B1 -15 now is crazy Also another baek move slapped on hwoarang Backlash being easier to punish is fine but it was a lesser offender then the rest of his kit(db4 ch in heat)
