@HeadcaseGames Yeah it's like a bunch of grown movie critics trying to tell kids what they think should be fun vs. what actually is fun to watch. Either way, I definitely enjoyed it!

@ChicagoRGamer Yeah the line about this film has been "it has an empty story so it sucks" I mean geez, it's a movie about Super Mario Bros, the story was never 'anything' and that was fine. Great technical flexing (just gorgeous design) and lots of steady callouts for us old-school-heads, haha

New Super Mario movie was fun. Story was all over the place, but it was still entertaining & had plenty of great game references. It's made for a fun time for kids, not to be a front runner for adaptation. Do you remember what we got in '93? Haha #SuperMarioGalaxy #MarioMovie
