deleted chowdeck today. app is buggy customer service bots are sh*t can’t trust the integrity of meals anymore (food poisoning twice now) service fees are giving exploitation 20k meal in-app is not the same 20k meal in-restaurant. good luck to all of you.

@ChowdeckSupport today I made an order #15869106 . After it was delivered I realized it was the wrong order as items were missing and the wrong product delivered. I didn’t open the packaging so the package remains untouched. Chowdeck told me they can’t do anything about it since it was an oversight from their vendor. I have never seen this kind of poor customer service in my life ( see message below) . I’m told since it has been delivered I have to accept the oversight and wrong order from their vendor . NO ATTEMPT to fix anything . I’m going to post this everyday until I get some damn customer service from Chowdeck @fccpcnigeria

@chowdeck @ChowdeckSupport I ordered for food from @megachicken_NG Amuwo branch on your app on sunday 16th of march 2025 around 7pm. Rider did not pick up until 8.30 which was totally fine. Checked the app around 9:23pm to confirm rider's ETA only to see it shows he had arrived
