@Jazzfuel Ahhh, capitalist model though isn't it. Spotify is the Nestle of water. Take a beautiful resource, steal it for pennies from the 'creator' (not implying religion here), wrap it in plastic and sell it. Where was the respectful discussion with rights holders in the beginning?

This 👇 Spotify in itself is not the problem. The problem is that a situation has been created where average listener now expects to have unlimited music for a very low cost. It's unrealistic to roll that back (same as on-demand taxis, takeaways and movies) so the question is how to generate income as a recording artist through other channels. My POV: connecting very personally and building relationships with a hardcore of supporters (ie 1,000 True Fans h/t @kevin2kelly) can very quickly turn into a much more rewarding situation, both financially and artistically. It's not even a case of "streaming must be stopped", just realising that there needs to focus be a whole other area. Newsletters are still excellent for this.

@t3xtur3 Hey mate 👍 TeamSports def have divided outcomes. Managed badly, not taking in various physicality, social norms, personality etc. But having done team sports and ensemble music growing up it's the same kinda issues. So...I just reason that it's managerial stupidity 🤣

@jbradymusic I thought you were learning to play drums JB? If you sent me the patterns I can do some for you in Ableton, some EQ, convulsion reverb and they're all fine. And yes attacks can be adjusted
