3/ Marquez Demar Hill-Turnipseed, 07/07/2002, of Eden Prairie is an alleged "Lows" gang member. Now federally charged with felon in possession of a firearm. Hill-Turnipseed was just convicted in Hennepin County @MNCourts in Sept 2022 on a charge of possessing a machine gun. Guess what happened?? He was granted a stay-of-imposition FOR HAVING A MACHINE GUN by Judge Tamara G. Garcia because MN is soooooooooo serious about gun crimes. ZERO prison time. Credit for one day served in jail. He promptly violated probation and a warrant was issued for his arrest 2 months later, Nov. 2022. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD @MNCourts #MNLEG
