BIG change in the Red Sox lineup for tonight. Trevor Story moved down to the 5th spot, with Masa slotted in at #2. I'm ok with this for now. He's coming off a good game & getting on base so far. At some point, I do wonder if that ends up being Willson, or perhaps even Roman.

Before the season, Vegas oddsmakers gave the Penguins a 9 percent chance of making the playoffs. At the moment, they have a 99.9 percent chance of making the postseason. This has absolutely been one of the most memorable seasons of the Crosby-Malkin era. What a story.

I’ll say this. If Crochet & Ranger make 1 better pitch (Crochet vs Correa, Ranger vs Xander), the Red Sox could be looking at a 4-5, not 2-7. Obviously still not great, but things look better at least. Shake some things up & get some energy, because early won’t be forever.

The Jackets and Islanders have left the door wide open for the Flyers and Caps. Pens could very possibly get Flyers or Ovi in Round 1. Guessing ESPN and TNT would be ok with that.
