Trying to figure out why @Microsoft @Xbox keep telling im not eligible to preorder/ upgrade my #xboxallaccess to the #XboxSeriesX when I made all 18 payments to @CitizensOne can someone help me understand @XboxSupport @XboxGamePass anyone anybody please explain.

@CitizensOne is the devil in disguise. Don’t ever finance a vehicle through them. So glad I traded the one I was financed for. Scandalous, nasty reps each time you call them. Smh. Even the dealership was shocked at the lack of customer care. Smh.
