The man, who was spending a day by the water, spotted the suspicious, seaweed-covered package bobbing in the waves. After dragging the heavy object onto the sand, he discovered it was packed with what was purported to be millions of dollars in neatly bundled cash. Rather than attempting to keep the suspicious discovery, he contacted local authorities right away. Florida has theft by finding law. Criminal Charges: The driver, Brittany Schrecengost, was officially charged with DUI, speeding, having an expired registration, and driving without insurance.
