BREAKING: Court of Appeal, Abuja, has unanimously dismissed the Turaki Group’s appeal against the judgment of the Federal High Court, Ibadan, which recognized the Abdulrahman led PDP Caretaker Committee, which conducted the National Convention where the present NWC members of the party were elected The FHC had in January, this year refused to recognise the Turaki Group executive from the Ibadan convention and affirmed the Abdulrahman-led Caretaker Committee. The Court of Appeal held that the appeal was academic and raised no live issue.
