only thing Clemson has the edge in terms of NFL talent is WR. M had the better QB, better RB, and vastly better players on defense. I do think the Clemson team had a slightly better coaching staff though.

@round2vsnichols It will prove out in the league. Mason Graham is better than every single player on 2018 Clemson by a decent margin. I will say, however, I do think CFB as a whole was "down" in talent starting in '22. Evidenced by "new" teams making CFP, and awful QBs taking teams far.

Totally disagree and I also will argue that having the noon ABC slot gives us just as much national exposure…
People wake up on rivalry Saturday excited. They watch college gameday and then Clemson/Carolina is the biggest noon game on the slate? I think the viewership would be just as good if not better than Friday night.
Also, I’m sorry but playing CFB on a Friday night has never sat right with me. Doesn’t feel the same as CFB Saturday.

I'm 100% behind the Palmetto Bowl possibly moving to Black Friday for South Carolina-Clemson. Increased national exposure for what Carolina natives already know is a vastly-underrated rivalry. Fans will complain about it moving from the weekend, but diehards will be there.
