@virginmedia new kit arrived today except they have sent the streaming box not the recoding box asked for and told we’d be charged for. Installing it anyway for now as it’s arrived 2 days later than it was originally meant to and we want our internet and tv. Poor customer svc.



@virginmedia Virgin Media Outage Update - Description: Service update. Broadband, Voice and TV fault F012348985. This still hasn't been fixed. No Internet for a couple of days.



@virginmedia when will the issues with broadband and tv quality be sorted in sp4 area. It’s been going on about 3 days now



@virginmedia if your canvassers must call in the evening, try using a call centre that doesn't sound like a hundred other calls running simultaneously. In addition, tell the caller to LISTEN rather than reading from a script.


@virginmedia Can somebody please let me know what address i use to take you to small claims court to get my refund that seems impossible to get and compensation for all of the hours and mental anguish I've put into this so far ? It's for my business. Thank you.



@virginmedia just received an email about renewing my contract and to click to see the renewal price. The link is dead. Looked at the website but nothing there. Want to see what your offering before i decide to jump ship or not.

@dshensmith advice please @virginmedia I have not been a customer of virgin for over 100 days and I was told that I would have my data removed from your systems after 90 days, I have seen the numbers before from your company and still keeps calling it now harassment please stop!
