@Chie_fitness We all need a comfy blanket around us in one way or another, it's realizing when you feel comfortable in your self to let go.

When I hoard things I think I used to do that when I was feeling particularly anxious or overwhelmed. And in those situations, I just couldn’t decide what to keep and what to let go of. My mind was so cluttered with distracting thoughts that I couldn’t make a decision… Now that I believe in a bright future and in myself, I’ve learned to decide whether something is necessary before I hoard it! (Though I still have a lot of stuff 😅) I plan to go through my belongings again tomorrow. Please stay safe, everyone! And have a blessed weekend!🙏✨🍀🌸🤗
