Still waiting for our refund from @IKEAUKSupport which we requested 17 days ago. The item was delivered 7 weeks ago, 2 failed attempts to deliver a replacement. Just not good enough!

@MattHancock I have just taken my 23 year old daughter who works for the NHS and is clinically vulnerable for her vaccine. Such a relief to know we are no longer in danger of bringing the virus home to her as my wife teaches in a primary school. Well done to all at the West Suffolk Hospital
