Most Improved Wrestler of 2025-26… Nick Sanders! After an up and down first season with the Bears, Nick arrived in his sophomore season, going 20-9 and winning his last 14 straight matches! Along the way, Sanders downed a 2026 AA and won two tournament titles! #SPARLIFE

Pretty cool note I got from a tech CEO/founder who watched NCAAs about hiring wrestlers: “I'll say this: without question my favorite hiring profile is a D3 All-American wrestler. You competed in the darkness. No lights, no crowd, sometimes literally no one watching. You showed up anyway and you figured it out.
