Change is change, and we are the ones who label what it is. We have to be able to accept the changes that happen and take them in stride to ensure our continued success. Change is hard, but if we look at change as inherently bad, we are already limiting ourselves. #GrowthMindset

My father was a 9th grade hoop coach for a half dozen years, and I thought growing up a coach’s kid was the coolest thing ever Until, I became the father of two coach’s kids Even on crutches moments like this after an OT win, down 14 in the fourth, are pretty cool for both of us!

When Mark Katarski coached the Seton Hill women, the team became known for its bombs-away 3-point shooting. "3-ton Hill" once made 17 3s in a game. He's the Mt. Pleasant boys' coach now, and the Vikings made 14 3s tonight against Yough. @MPAVikings @TribLiveHSSN @MarkKatarski
