As an AD, I always tell our athletes signing to play at the next level your spot is never safe. Coaches are always recruiting someone to take it. Do not get complacent. Stay hungry and keep working.

Being coachable means you're willing to consider feedback even if you don't like what you hear. It means resisting the urge to make excuses or get defensive when challenged. Getting better is more important than your ego.

You are not a team just because you work together. You are a team because you trust each other, respect each other, and care for each other.
