I will never understand why people feel the need to cut a doughnut or muffin in half and only take half but leave the rest for someone else.
It’s a doughnut not a large pizza just eat to whole dang thing.

That's right, they do. Find out what your coach wants. Be one of their favorites, also. Instead of complaining, make things better. You don't have to be perfect, just coachable. Look for ways to be valuable to the team.
