@TheGridironHQ 100%. We go over our practice script every day in pre practice meetings. And yes you are right - you have to stick to it. If not; then no reason making one to begin with.

@Coach_ChadJohn Right. I’ve also learned there’s an art to it. Must be organized, communicated properly, and if the practice itself isn’t efficient, you can lose reps and get off script quickly.

@TheGridironHQ Agreed. It is absolutely necessary and it's surprising how many coaches DONT do it and don't realize how much time they are wasting.

@Coach_ChadJohn Can’t emphasize the importance of scripting enough. Takes more time in the planning process, but you end up wasting time on the field if you don’t do it right.

@CoachTatum90 @CoachJones256 Won a lot of games with both types. It’s not about body type or ability as much as it’s about how you lead them and care about them. Coach them hard. Go to war with them. Some just take a little more "pushing" and loving on than others.😂

EVERYONE can “Coach” the best players… What can you do with that scrawny/slow WR or overweight/weak OL??? Coach, Develop, and Love them ALL!!

I’m OCD about anything football, especially my Indy time during season. Practice minutes are limited so each one is important, no bs or standing around. I started making a drill bank a few years ago that helps me keep track of drills I have/haven’t hit during the week & is a fast reference to go to making my practice schedule. Fast & efficient is the name of the game
