Watching the #HulkHogan documentary series on Netflix today and I just got to the NWO section. It still blows my mind that anyone....ANYONE....tried to say that the recent Cena heel turn (which I predicted was going to suck and it did) was more shocking than this one...especially if you lived thru it at that time. Considering what Hogan had meant to so many people for decades. Also, HE WAS STILL WORKING FULL TIME and not a part timer like Cena was at the time when he turned. Anyway, the heel turn, the incredible promo he cut afterwards and the run that the NWO went on afterwards will always be the #1 heel turn ever and no one will ever convince me otherwise.
