@BasedLEDA This entire subplot was cut out of the Disney+/Hulu rerelease, and I want to say other digital rereleases in Japan but I don't have full confirmation on that. It really is a stain on an otherwise great OVA special.

So they just rescue her in time without beating up that producer to death? Gross. This is not what I would expect from characters I loved in the original anime. Was this subplot even necessary??? It doesn't make any sense. It felt like they wanted to just mess around with the audience. It felt like a total joke. I'm so mad right now. All my enjoyment is ruined. I shouldn't have watched this short sequel. Mylene's character hardly had any solid development in the original Macross 7 TV series, and they just butchered her character completely in the Dynamite sequel. Fuck this shit.

@Mystgourmet Oh neat. If you use a drop of soap with the beans and then rinse it well it should be fine. Thats how I clean my stainless steel hydroflask. Otherwise yeah just stick with the tablets.
