I'm 29 today! 🥳🎉 I'm proud of what I accomplished last year: I've lost 21+ kg (47+ lb), going from a completely sedentary lifestyle to running about 45km (18mi) a week! I moved in with my lovely girlfriend. I made some great content! Here's to being 29, and much healthier! 🥂
