I just experienced the worst customer service policies and procedures from @CommScope @ARRIS. When an expensive modem dies after 8 months and with a 2-year warranty, it should not cost me money, and so much time, to get it replaced. They lost me as a customer.

@CommScope whomever made the decision to change the design and packaging of jumpers and put THREE pieces of tape on each, clearly never has done any actual work. This is such a time waste to have to remove these. Please go back to the normal packaging, coiled with no tape.
