El Cajon Mayor Bill Wells constantly criticized Biden-era policies that resulted in migrants being quickly released into the interior of the country with little or no vetting. In late 2023 Border Patrol/CBP dumped 50,000 migrants on the streets there in San Diego, where NGOs scooped them up and sent them throughout America. Now Americans have to bear the cost of finding each and every one of them.
