Christmas brought this long-wished for book from @jayavarnam: there's fascinating (& heart-wrenching) eye-witness history, evocative descriptions of Vietnam & Cambodia. And Jon comes across as humane without being saintly or pious, which, in journalism, seems very refreshing.

@paullewismoney I had the same problem as your Ecotricity customer. I was forced to switch from Tonik to Scottish Power. There was a mistake with the opening reading. I got a very big bill (I forget the amount but way bigger than normal). It was sorted - but stressful.
