Bathobele Hlekani has settled in at the Lions. He is there already. I've seen confusing reports on the matter from Sharks supporters yesterday. It is a big loss for the Sharks. However will he get gametime now or will he get the Pead treatment? The subject of Haashim Pead gametime will be ongoing. I did not see anything from Loubscher in the article to suggest otherwise. This kid will have his 1st test start before he starts for the @LionsRugbyCo

Yesterday was a special day for all of us at Connect. One of our original Khayelitsha players, Lukhanyo Vokozela, made his URC debut for the @StormersRugby. Coach John Dobson spoke about his journey at the post-match press conference. Thanks to @MarcoJacobsZA for the footage.

Lukhanyo Vokozela Dobbo told us tonight a bit of the story of Lukhanyo, another typical desperate story of gang violence and growing up poor and how hungry he is to make it. He came through the Ingram Rugby Academy in the Cape, he joined them because he know he will get a meal/day. Hey man these stories make me moeg. We must do better as a nation. Looking better after our young kids.
