Assuming I can still breathe, that puts me at a max height of 8,000 meters above sea level. Climbing down is easier than up. Let's say 30 cm/second. That's 0.3m/second, 18 meters/minute, 1440 meters/hour. So 8000 meters would take 5.55 hours. However, I'm not a robot, and muscle fatigue is a thing. So let's say every 100 meters, I'll take a break for 5 minutes. That's 80 breaks x 5 = 400 minutes = 6 hours 40 minutes. So about 12-13 hours later, assuming I don't fall off the damn thing, I'd be on the ground.
