When Judge Lin enjoined Trump/Hegseth's designation of Anthropic as a supply-chain risk, she granted a 7-day stay so govt could appeal. Today is day 7 & govt hasn't appealed. Yes, govt can now seek a new stay from 9th Circuit. But waiting till now suggests govt faces no urgency warranting a stay.

@Karen6420 Yes, AZ has failed if you are a product of the education system, as you continue to misrepresent the separation of powers within the state and which branch controls the purse. The low standing of AZ is due to the Republican legislature lack of funding.

1/ NEW: We cross-referenced purchases of individual ESA accounts to the data analysis that Superintendent Tom Horne recently declared is proof of low misspending rates. Turns out, Horne's analysis categorized many banned taxpayer purchases as "Allowed."
