Another successful term for Bransty Primary School's mini-police.

Bransty School's mini police had a brilliant visit from PC Kearns from our RPU team on 19th March to talk about his role and how they can stay safe both as pedestrians and whilst out riding their bikes/scooters. The “drunk goggles” were a big hit along with the police car!

YOU SAID, WE DID PCSO 5274 has been on foot today in Whitehaven, and issued a number of advisory notices to vehicles that were seen parked obstructing pavements, as well as close to junctions. We would like to remind all residents and visitors to park responsibly. #roadsafety

Today, PCSO 5274 has delivered a road safety talk to the Mini Police officers at Bransty Primary School. The presentation focussed on how they could stay safe whilst a pedestrian, or cycling and scooting near roads. The pupils will now pass on the information to their peers.
