On March 31st, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a decision on Chiles v. Salazar, lifting the state ban on conversion therapy. AFSP remains dedicated to suicide prevention for the LGBTQ+ community and will continue advocating for evidence-based policies that reduce suicide risk.

#TransDayOfVisibility is dedicated to uplifting transgender, gender non-conforming, and nonbinary people, while recognizing the ongoing challenges they face. Today serves as a reminder to trans people that their experiences are valid, their voices matter, and they are loved.
