@CreamsCafe while they opened up their new #Stevenage #Debenhams branch; went down on Mothers Day to have a 1 hour delay while sat in the cafe, wrong orders, no staff and for them to realise after this time they had no waffle batter. #Wantmymoneyback

@CreamsCafe Families - don’t go to Kingston branch as you will be served wrong order then rudely treated by manager who acts like you are vermin. Awful especially on Mother’s Day!

@CreamsCafe The picture on the left is the drink that I wanted, the picture of the right is the drink I got. Creams Cafe in Maidstone told me that they can’t remove items and make it cheaper so instead they charge me an extra 95p to make the same milkshake without protein.
