The #VeChain 5-Day chart is looking BULLISH!🚀 Let's talk about it! First off, let's look at the Point Of Control on the VRVP...it's SO far above the current price! It's actually aligned with the 0.236 Fib level, which is a 101% pump from here. Speaking of Fibonacci levels, $VET just reclaimed the 0.786, and if it can stay above that level, it should shortly break out of this MASSIVE 255 day downtrend. (Be sure to alarm trend lines on both sides of this very large pennant formation) Like many other alts, VeChain has struggled since it's local high in March of this year. The good news is that it is still putting in higher lows compared to the lows from the end of 2023, which is why I opted to draw a pennant. If you wanted to draw this as a triangle instead of a pennant, you could connect to the local lows to the S/R level from November 2023 at $0.0192. (Losing $0.0192 would be considered a break of structure.) I do believe this is more likely to break out for a number of reasons. 1) The POC is 101% above the current price. 2) There is a MASSIVE bullish divergence forming on @marketcipher B oscillators, indicating a future shift in direction. A green dot already printed on the 2-day. Once it prints on the 5-day, that's a VERY good look moving forward. (Remember this is a 5-day chart. The Larger the Time frame, the more significant any indicator is.) 3) Bitcoin Dominance (and OTHERS/BTC) has likley topped off for the year. 4) Institutionally speaking, @vechainofficial is a VERY attractive project with strong narratives in the Sustainability and RWA sectors. Also note that the Point Of Intersection for the trendlines is on November 30th. Meaning that VET will be forced to break out or break down BEFORE that date. ALARMS TO SET ⏰ As mentioned, S/R at $0.0192 (Bearish alarm) November High S/R: $0.0223 (Bullish alarm) October High S/R: $0.025 (Bullish- 14.6% pump from here.) < (This level could also serve as Breakout confirmation) MASSIVE S/R: $0.0270 (Bullish- 22.6% pump from here) 0.618 Fib level: $0.0289 (VERY Bullish- 31.7% pump from here) **Also note the low volume nodes in the VRVP between the 0.5 and 0.382. This explains why VET pumped 76% in 6 days earlier this year in February. This project RIPS when there's momentum on it's side. From October 2023 to the 2024 high in march, it pumped over 250% in the span of 131 days. Dead projects can't pump 250% in a few months. And the last time VET took off like this, it was shortly after we broke the 0.786 Fib level. We just broke the 0.786 Fib level in the past day or two. Once VET breaks out of this downtrend, (which it will before the point of intersection) it's going to EXPLODE! It's 152% away from the 2024 high. That will just be the beginning.
