Great infra is just the beginning. It won’t bring users on its own. If: – Docs are there but no one reads them – X account is active but only retweets – Telegram is dead silent 👉 The issue isn’t visibility. It’s communication. Top 3 patterns we see in early-stage Web3 infra projects: 1️⃣ Whitepaper is polished - onboarding flow doesn’t exist 2️⃣ Tokenomics are explained - but nobody gets “why it matters” 3️⃣ Airdrop hype works - but no one sticks around Because content = onboarding. If you don’t tell your story, no one else will. And if you tell it poorly, no one stays. A chain that isn’t understood → won’t get tried → won’t get trusted → won’t grow.
