The sad part of the crypto space was it was meant to bank the unbanked. To give the poor something that could be used worldwide Instead, most retail were baited into VC scamcoins, and quite literally made the billionaires richer, while giving up their hard earned income

@warobusiness I have hypo too, you need to adjust your diet first. No gluten,diary,alcohol, processed sugar, processed meat, soy and other chemicals from all the deodorants and crap creams had to go. Eliminate stress, sleep well, eat well and exercise. This will set you up on a good trajectory

So apparently my thyroid isn’t working properly. Ofc doctor recommends medication but isn’t there some way dietary and fitness related thing that can already help me? Kinda dont wanna be pill dependant on this age tbh
