@EllieMRogers Having had two Mirena Coils with out issues the third did not go to plan. GP tried over three appointments across three days to insert it as she had never failed before and there must be something wrong with my cervix.

Had a Mirena coil inserted for the first time today and my god I have never known pain like it.
Genuinely thought I was going to pass out/vomit/shit myself all at the same time.

@Currielou Gloucestershire it seems is hell bent on developing its transport policy from the centre out, To me it makes sense to get the outer areas sorted then progress in the centre will happen naturally.

@timgwill Have been saying this for over ten years. Transport is key to link everything else together. Get that right and the rest will follow. Community Transport can be a key component to that. The aim should be to provide a truly integrated transport service.

What the Forest is not any longer is a tick box towards future funding for more urban areas. Our transport issues are just as pressing, just as damaging and just as fixable as anywhere else
