i guess this would be last change to pow reward rules, we need to do it as it would call in more users for sure. update will be effective in 2 to 4 weeks

actually there are whales, that mined when nobody was caring about $curve and loaded hard their bags, price will never follow the effort of mining at the moment, but making those whales become kitties would change things and make a more fair experience for everyone

next wallet update will drastically change block reward and coin fundamentals on supply emission in time, POS is high reward payout but too much non related to mining reward.
