@RobertKwolek Think you'd legally have to have big keep left/right bollards or at least that black and white stripy edging, which would diminish it, also making a pinch point for cycles.

There's a pavement near me which the tree roots have seriously raised up. One has to step over it. Many councils would consider chopping the tree down.
Instead, why not fill the area with bountiful planting and create a pavement bypass. More function and more beauty.

There's some areas which appear bad due to 'static' population, but in reality the amount of nicer workers/students/tourists who are there offset.
And vice versa but that's trickier still.

@retardmode This doesn't feel granular enough for London, but could very tricky to fix...
To my perception the delineation of good vs bad areas is not ce shaped but usually follows along or is divided by certain roads for example.
Another suggestion is you could add positive markers?

Since 2016, 1,367,942 foreign drivers have been issued a driving licence without taking a UK test - stats I've extracted from the Department for Transport.
Madness.
Many foreign drivers simply do not understand our road system.
I am pushing for a significant tightening.
