"WHERE'S BDUBS!?" I am ashamed to admit that I have sustained 2 injuries from sitting in a chair playing Minecraft. One is just a recurring shoulder injury that I can remedy with some PT. The other is commonly called "Mommy Thumbs." Imagine a lightning bolt striking the base of your thumb whenever you grip something. I believe it was caused by playing Minecraft 12+ hours a day (I love Minecraft). The doctor recommended rest. I rested, iced and had my thumbs in braces for 4 weeks. I slowly started playing Minecraft again this week with new ergonomic accessories and unfortunately, the pain is returning. I'm pissed I planned on having a video/stream for you this week but I'm giving these thumbs 1 more week to get back to 100%. I'll cut them off and continue without them if they aren't better by then.
