When presenting 3 tiers, should I itemize my services or just give a total $ amount?

Generated my dad $1,100 in profit today. He did five jobs. Three of the jobs came from Google. Two of the jobs came from an electrical company that is now using my dad as a sub-contractor that we've built a relationship with. It's looking real good that I'll be able to add an extra $100,000 to his pocket this year!!!!

Anyone else sometimes casually have the urge to go to home depot to find some cool stuff to build?

What's not talked about enough on this app or any other is building a real relationship with your local bank. Not Chase. Not BofA. Your local bank where the branch manager actually knows who you are. Most guys running a local business are still banking wherever they opened their first checking account at 19. Then they hit $1M+ and need a $150K line of credit and they're filling out some online application like every other random person off the street. And wondering why it takes 6 weeks and they still get denied. The guys who walk into their local branch every couple weeks, deposit checks in person, grab coffee with their banker once or twice a year? Those guys pick up the phone and get $200K wired by Friday. Because the bank watched the deposits grow for 3 years straight. Your local banker is the most underrated relationship in your business if you need debt to GROW

March 2026 was my biggest month in my cleaning business. Revenue: $21,161.85 Labor: $10,113.81 Gross Profit: $11,048.04 ✅ *I did not make $11k, that number is just after labor costs* My goal for this month was $15k, I soared past it. After being stuck at the $12-$15k mark for about 8 months this is such a blessing and I am so grateful. Crossed the $10k MRR mark for the first time First full month in my second cleaning business as well which did $2k in revenue. Starting April 2026 with $14,209.59. Excited for what's to come. Foot on the gas.

Today’s schedule: - 6:30-9 AM: BYU Lacrosse practice - 9-10 AM: Grab a Friday Bagel Sandwich and get ready for the day. - 10-2 PM: Play around on a vibe coding project I’ve been working on. - 2-5 PM: $600 stump job. Oh and I just had $2k worth of jobs next week accepted. Been really leaning into not optimizing every moment lately and life has felt amazing. Vibes are HIGH.

I built a 22-employee landscaping company. Debt free. Cash flowing. At 29, I thought I had it figured out. At 30, I sold it—and for the first time, I asked myself: “What have I avoided learning because of pride?” That question changed everything. First thing I ran into: global talent. Absolute game changer. The moment you drop your ego, you start scaling in ways you never saw before.

Announcing my 2026 tour! 20 US cities, happening in May & June Plus how to get access to a discounted pre-sale 🎟️ Last fall we ran accounting events in 14 US cities and over 1,000 firms showed up. It was a $500k bet that was a success in every way if you don't count money. So we're setting another $1M on fire in the name of hosting a fun event for accounting firms in 20 cities. These events are a half-day It's some live programming from me You'll meet 80-200ish cool local firms There's a really nice dinner with rad accountants It's the only event I've seen with an open bar during a CPE-eligible session Last year's vibes were immaculate. It is wild to pull that many local accountants into a room who are so like-minded. 🎟️ Tickets will go on sale in 2 weeks, but if you leave a reply below I'll DM you as soon as our discounted pre-sale opens. Just let me know what city you'll attend, and you'll get added to a list And if you made it out to a workshop last year, do me a favor and let folks know what they're missing if they don't attend! It meant the absolute world to me how many you showed up last year. It's probably the thing we've done I'm most proud of.

Aizik love your stuff. I am impressed you guys move so fast and am curious (if you are open to sharing) if you guys bootstrap or finance these expansions? Totally a curiousity as your pace of play is much faster than what I have seen in the last 10 years or so. Cool stuff, thanks for sharing if you're open to it!

Exciting news, we just launched a new division: water restoration and mitigation. It's a natural extension of our plumbing and sewer business. When customers deal with floods, burst pipes, or water damage, we now have an in-house team to handle demolition, dry-out, and cleanup. No more referring out. We built a 10-person team from the ground up, fully equipped and ready to scale. If we execute, we're looking at a $5M opportunity. Busy weeks ahead, but this is exactly how you grow.

A customer disputed our credit card charge 1 month after leaving a 5-star review.. and won I uploaded the 5-star review and a transcript of the phone call where she was happy and booked again. The bank still sided with the customer How is this possible?

@LoganARobison That's why we switched and pushed the CC fees to clients but ACH through my local bank (which you can't just go click "Undo" on) is free. Reduces crazy person liability

I became successful by buying auto repair shops. I figured out how to build strong enough systems to make the business profit and scale. Now I try to do it all again, this time with a turf business... Here's the first show of what we're doing with Waterloo Turf:
