Another collaboration between DK-Architects and FP Homes has been shortlisted for a British Homes Award. 'The Pines' in Formby is a development of 12 family homes set around a landscaped shared surface, hoping to follow in the footsteps of 'The Gables' and win this National Award

DK-Architects successfully appointed to £1.5 billion Innovation Chain North Framework DK-Architects has been appointed by @MyGreatPlace to its @ICN_framework framework of contractors and consultants for the next 4 years.

We are delighted to have been able to secure consent for up to 380 new homes at Horrocks Mill for @Onward_Homes. A great collaborative team effort and positive engagement with Preston City Council Planning Team made this possible within 13 weeks of submission.

An elite team of athletes from DK-Architects recently took part in the @TorusFoundation Retro Sports Day finishing in the Top 10! The event raised an impressive £10,540 which will benefit young people across #Liverpool. Congratulations to all involved. #socialvalue #architects

This development presents an opportunity to transform a vacant brownfield site into a thriving community, providing a wide range of affordable homes in a landscaped public realm setting

Taking reference from a cotton works that once occupied the site in Preston, the design references the composition and grain of that historic built form to create a place with a unique identity that will improve connectivity across the wider area.

Horrocks Yard Works for Onward Homes has been submitted for planning this week.  All of this would not be possible without the great team work of @nexusplanninguk, SFP, @Sutcliffe_1985, @PlanitIE, Place & Context, @VectosTP, @CgiCollective and the vision of @Onward_Homes.
