So today I hired someone to butcher one of my goats. I specifically told him to roast the goat before skinning it. This man instead went to call a vulcanizer to pump the deæd goat. He then proceeded to using soapy water on my goat before skinning it. I was so furious and asked him why he didn't do as I instructed him. He told me that in his place in Yoruba land, they pump their ram and goats and then use soapy water to skin them. Oga, do I look Yoruba to you? I told you to roast it before skinning. We Igbo people roast ours before skinning it. It gives the meat that goat scent when cooking it. I won't pay him his complete money.

He casually told the team, "It only takes five minutes to check, so it's not a big deal. Just stay on standby." Our Gen Z data coordinator didn't complain. He just opened the company’s internal server, pulled up their official B2B client-billing framework, and took a screenshot. On Friday at 4:30 PM, he emailed the manager a formal contract amendment. The Email: "I see I am scheduled for weekend standby. Per company billing logic, we charge clients a flat $500 retainer fee for weekend availability. Because my time is the asset being retained, my personal standby rate is identical. Please sign the attached authorization so payroll can release the funds. If unsigned by 5:00 PM, my device will default to its contracted offline status." The manager stormed over to his desk, furious. "You're not being a team player. Standby takes zero effort." The coordinator packed his bag, smiled, and said: "I’m matching corporate logic. If standby has a dollar value for our clients, it has a dollar value for my weekend.
