Set 4: Big UPDATE. From now on, Legendary Rare cards will be "Frame Break" versions of select cards in the set. There will be 47 LRs in Set 4 and only 3 LRs per box. Each individual LR will be rare and valuable. This is also good news for people focused on gameplay. You wont need to fish for LRs for deck building purposes.
