Many of the buyers have been existing holders, or at least wallets already active in the space. There is no fresh blood coming into the NFT market yet, which can be interpreted in two ways: 1) It's a hot potato game in which the same, small group of people buying and selling to each other. 2) There is plenty of room to grow once actual new players come in.
