Like you'd think Fromsoftware they lucked out with Demon's Souls when you listen to people then you play games like Otogi and you realize they always had it and their success didn't come from nowhere. They honed their craft for decades

I'm always shocked that the average fromsoftware fan doesn't give a rat's ass shit about anything they made before Demon's Souls. I just played Otogi last year and had a blast. Lots of good stuff from them
